We are passionate about building. We have been doing it since 2005 when we acquired our first property located in Montreal Quebec. since than we have completed many different projects. Such as converting an old rundown motel in Hollywood Florida to an affordable housing complex and retrofitting a 9000 soft convent into one of the largest daycare centers in Quebec. In 2010 we moved to Florida to start our next adventure in Modular homebuilding. We specialize in performing due diligence and property aquition.
